1. Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data that is processed by CompScan.AI.
2. Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, CompScan.AI will first verify that the account information provided is valid and correct. Upon verification CompScan.AI will erase the user's personal data from our systems within 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data or if the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
3. The deletion of personal data will include all information directly related to the user, such as their name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information.
4. CompScan.AI will not delete anonymized or aggregated data that does not directly identify the user.
5. In cases where the user's personal data has been shared with third-party service providers, CompScan.AI will inform these providers about the data deletion request and ensure that they comply with the request, unless there is a legal basis for retaining the data.
